Got HDTV?

HDTV is sweet... I just bought a tuner and an antenna, and now I have free HDTV for my 80" TV - (see pic).... All the major shows on the major networks are all in HD now... and not paying a monthly fee to watch them (the non-cable networks.. ABC. NBC.. CBS.. FOX.. PBS) will be nice... When I got it all setup only one channel was actual HD at the time.. it was a show about fish farms (on PBS)... and the picture quality was so sweet.. it looked like I had a giant fish tank in my basement. When the major shows are not on... there is still a pretty clear picture, but not as clear as HD.. Law & Order (all versions)... Numb3rs.. CSI (all versions)... 24.. AFC & NFC Championships.. Super Bowl... all in HD... even soap operas are changing to HD.. (young & the restless)... Saturday Night Live.. Jay Leno.. David Letterman.. Conan O'Brien.. HD... I will never have to pay for cable again... Over-the-air HDTV is legal.. free.. high quality broadcasting. This tuner has a built in programming guide, too.. So you can scroll ahead and set reminders for shows you want to watch... it's fun stuff. Tomorrow I look foward to watching the Steelers lose to Denver in HD. :-)

So I played broomball yesterday at the Cincinnati Gardens.. We were Team Frito-Lay.. (all frito employees including my boss.. and boss' boss on our team) we lost both games.. my knees feel like jello now, and I can't crawl on the ground cause they hurt so bad... I had knee pads on.. and was playing goalie.... and somehow I still have a bruise on one of my knees.. I also think I did something to my hip.. cause it hurts, too.. I had never played before.. and we played in the first game.. so I didn't really have any idea what I was doing.. other than briefly getting an idea from the printout of rules they had there.. I was hoping to watch other teams play first so I would have an idea... The little tournament of 6 teams was a one time thing..
