Roof [Early Afternoon]

Dec 21, 2005 11:45

With most of his final projects turned in and Christmas looming, John grabs his notebook full of math equations, a football, his model rocket ships, a light coat and heads up to the roof.

It's sunny today, taking some of the chill out of the air and John sets the models carefully down the ground. The equations aren't quite right and he's hoping that maybe some creativity and hands on activity will open up some door in his brain that holds the key.

He picks up one of the models and tries to imagine it in a wormhole that the current equations would form. Too unstable and the shielding of the cockpit would fracture and the little Lego man that John's instilled in the pilot's chair would perish. Poor guy.

Something wasn't right. "I hate math," he mutters and contemplates just picking up the football and tossing it off the roof. Or something.

[OOC: Study group and everyone else? Feel free to come up. Football or model ships or something for all.]
