Stranded on Christmas rabidchild September 7 2013, 01:31:02 UTC
Neal is separated from his lovers on Christmas. How do they find a way to celebrate when they can't be together?

OT3 preferred, naturally.

Neal and/or Peter are sick over the holidays and El goes a little overboard with the mothering.

In the grand style of those early-S1 stories, I want a story where Neal is sick and alone and really self-pitying on Christmas and learns that there are people that care about him.

All right, so I've written something, and it didn't turn out that way at all...so...um, I have to give this claim back at least for my official H/C Advent post date. Sorry!

I actually may be writing something that is at least kind of like this (and kind of like the other prompt that I claimed but couldn't quite fill). :-)

In a fevered delirium, Neal gets out of the house and wanders around in the snow (terrible blizzard, snow drifts, whatever you want) until Peter/El/Sara/June/Mozzie/etc finds him.

After he finishes his sentence and gets out of the anklet, Neal goes traveling, unsure of if/when he's going to return. He turns up, sick or sad or hurt, on Peter and Elizabeth's doorstep on or around Christmas.

OT3 or gen

I'm totally claiming this one - it keeps popping into my head, begging to be written. :)

(sidenote: Wish I had an icon of Neal waving his hand in the meeting with Hughes, lol)
