Discussion: Crime AU anyone?
Hi, I'm new to this fandom. Spent last weekend watching both seasons and the past week reading all the fanfic I could get my hands on. I love the show but as with every canon, there is that "What If?" scenario that grabs your attention.
I was thinking of setting up a community for an AU in which Neal doesn't work for the FBI and continues to run his cons with the help of Moz/Alex/etc. It could be that he never broke out of jail to find Kate, just finished serving his sentence and went back to the game or he did break out but Peter didn't catch him the second time or he was never caught the first time and Peter's still after him or...a whole bunch of other possibilities.
The only requirement for discussion/fanworks for this community would be that it was focused on the life of the con-artists and how they do what they do.
I'm just wondering how much interest there would be in this sort of community?
ETA: Any suggestions for a comm name will be very welcome.
