We've Seen the Pictures...But Does Anyone Know What Was Said?

Pictures from a September 22, 2010 Press Conference were posted here and here and of course on MattBomerFan.com.

But as pretty as the boys are (and they certainly are pretty), I really want to know why a press conference was held and what was said there.

Can anyone enlighten me, please?  If it was the S3 go-ahead, why hasn't that filtered down

I believe it was a press conference for the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (the esteemed holders of the Golden Globes ceremony). So I'm assuming we have to wait for one or two of the members of that organisation to spill on what was said.

TBH, I'm assuming the usual, just for new/different markets. Nice to get new pics, of course. Although maybe it's just me, but Matt looks tired to me. Not really surprising; he must be ready to drop about now. I bet he can't wait for the season to wrap so he can have a rest.

Ooohhh - Golden Globes. Nice and shiny and vaguely ridiculous (old enough to remember Pia Zidora winning for Butterfly).

Yes, he does have a very pale and interesting look about him.

LOL! You picked a very LULZY, pouty pic there (although I don't think he looks particularly orange), but as I am a shallow, shallow creature, I'm a sucker for the styled photo shoot pics, so I love it. =D

As another poster noted, Matt could be covered in poo and still be gorgeous.

I really adore the GQ photos...action!Matt - particularly the one with the shovel. He looks like he's about to bury some dead bodies there.

And then there's the one of him straddling the bench, in $1000 knit leggings.

I think I actually started to pass out when I saw those pics.

(BTW - if you'd like, I'll be happy to pick up a copy of the GQ for you...I think these are only in the American edition of the mag). Send me a PM if you're interested.

It's difficult with Matt to say that any one set of pics is my favorite, cos he's done so many great ones, but that set is def in my Top 3, I'd say.

And the one of the bench-straddling is to die for. Fortunately he has fabulous legs so he could totally pull off (not literally, sadly) the world's most expensive leggings (I boggled when I saw that price tag - LOL).

He just looks really young to me. Matt seems older in motion than he does in still shots.

I've always thought how old Matt appears fluctuates wildly on a daily basis. I suppose it doesn't hurt that the man has the most expressive face in history and is completley incapable of doing his hair the same way twice <3 (when talking strictly of Matt's hair, though his style as Neal changes a bit too.) In most photos he looks focused and/or tired; I think that's the difference.

Maybe the HFPA is considering White Collar for a Golden Globe award nomination? :D I took a glance at their website and they do press conferences for selected TV shows that get submitted for consideration. It would be amazing if they got a nomination!
