I happened to catch a reshowing of the "pilot" episode the other night on Bravo (Canada), and I swear to God there were scenes in it that I don't remember seeing before, and I've seen the pilot ep at least a few times

I'm glad it wasn't just me. I seriously kept yelling at my husband - "I don't remember this scene" - and he thought the stress of getting ready to move had fried my brain. *snort*

Do you know if the Canadian pilot is up anywhere to grab?

This might be it - the file is longer than the standard 350mb one, but I haven't downloaded it myself, so am not 100% sure.

Nope - 350 is for a 42-minute show (excludes commercials) - the pilot was 59 minutes long without commercials - hence 550.
