There is a box of cigarettes and $3.60 in his pocket, incorrect change from a coffee that cost $7.30. Skinny milk, sugar free flavouring. Coffee is the most fattening thing he will swallow nowadays. Too caught up in his own distortion, he believes no one notices. Ray's opinion means nothing to him now, and when Ray tells him, after running his hands over his body, after softly identifying each rib through the skin, that skinny does not equal sexy, he pays no attention. He knows he will never be good enough. Just like the change, everything about him is wrong.
