Good afternoon folks!!! It's been quite a long time since I've posted a LOST blog (since, ya know, the show is over and all) but details have been emerging about the season 6 DVD, the complete series set, and a highly anticipated epilogue titled, "The New Man in Charge" which I'll get to shortly. Also, I got some of my LOST bobbleheads last week

I had to click the play button a few times to get it going. It kept giving me pop windows to ireel or something like that, but keep at it and you'll be fine. Enjoy and lemme know what ya think! The epilogue was rumored to be on the complete set only, but the DVD specs for the regular release say it includes as "new chapter" of the story ,etc, so we're good. And if I had the $$, i'd totally buy that set as I love the design of it, and it supposedly has hidden things only revealed by blacklight. lol
as for your question: I'm not sure. I want to say that the A/U started at the moment of Jughead's detonation, but I also would think that it would start with Boone's death as it was the first meaningful death on the island (if memory serves). But, to me, time isn't necessarily a straight line, so it could have been there all their lives. I guess it depends on how one percieves time and space. But I could easily agree iwth the idea that perhaps when it came about or as people died, their memories or thoughts of the A/U were implanted in them, allowing them to lead what they thought were normal, productive lives.
and I'll be blogging soon about our summer. I was giong to do that this week, but I've had two job interviews and i'm working a festival this weekend, so I'll be pumping out 40 hours starting tonight and ending sunday. as of right now, I have next week off, so i'm hoping to relax and finish the blog then!
take it easy!

A friend a few hours ago sent me a down-load. Not sure how legal it is so let me know if you want it. VERY VERY Cool! The Hurley Bird, the Polar Bears, Keith Johns! (could not find anything on a Keith Johns in Google) I am assuming Grandma died and Walt just could not cope. Ben was actually empathetic in that scene! Everybody has Friends; even Me!This is the second time Ben has now admitted someone was "Special" Locke in the A/U and Walt here. Also very cool about room 23!
I am not going to go into a huge explanation here; but Samuel was a huge figure in the Old Testament. He was given up by his mother the previously barren Hanna (Crazy Fake Mother?) and was told by God to chose the first King! I could go on But that is a taste!
Until Next Time!

I'm not sure why he was there at Santa Rosa, but maybe because he too was having visions? Kate and Jack were having visions/guilt about leaving the island, maybe walt did too and had to be committed?
Ah, interesting info on Samuel! If i Have the energy, I'll have to look up more. lol take it easy!

So I have watched this epilogue like six times now; and keep coming up with more I need to talk to you about!
If I get to bee too much Please just say enough! LOL! I will understand!
1)this must have been one of the first tapes as Chang said he did not want to use aliases. Of course as Marvin Candle and company can attest to; he would soon do that.
2) as we had deduced; the name the "others' was something that Danielle and the Losties called the "Hostiles". Wonder how many they actually captured and then let loose?
3)Ethan Goodspeed would have been the last baby conceived and brought to term on the Island, as after that the rig exploded allowing the electro-magnetic surge to make the women sterile.
4) Chang referred to the Hostiles as the Indigenous members of the Island. But they were not! Not even Crazy fake Mother; they were all brought there for a reason
5) You mentioned in your last message about the A/U maybe when Jughead explodes. But could it have? How could Charles and Eloise and Gestating Daniel have survived that? Your Thoughts?
Okay Enough
Until Next Time;
JEFF

#1- definitely agree as we all know he ended up using aliases, but I'm wondering: what's the big deal if people know his name?
#2- We'll probably never know, sadly
#3- Ah, good point. Jughead would cause a serious issue on the island, rendering problems for women! Good thinkin'!
#4- true, but to him they were as he doesn't really know how long they've been there. I'd still like to know who the ORIGINAL inhabitants of the island were; maybe when that LOST encyclopedia comes out next month we'll get more info?
5- Maybe Eloise was preggers at that point, but far enough along that it didn't effect her? I remember Juliet saying something about how the pregnancy turned in the first few trimesters, but maybe she was far enough long she was okay?
