The exterior walls are blue the roof is darker the roof has a minor pitch you will notice a chimney but it doesn't work on the left lays the narrow driveway -- that leads to the detached and currently condemned garage located directly behind the house adjacent to the loggia -- it is gated by chain-link worn pewter adjacent to the driveway gate is a the wooden fenced in front yard with a bit of green but mostly yellow leading up to the front steps and porch of the house next to windows the front door leads to the living room that is lengthy and probably compromises slightly less than a quarter of the foot print of the house directly ahead leads a doorway to the kitchen the left wall is punched with windows and centered is the fireplace that will probably remain decorative on the right wall is a doorway to the hallway and the glass paneled door to the front bedroom -- that will be my bedroom -- that is of medium size that has windows to the front windows to the side on the left from the doorway is a medium closet and a door to the hallway the hallway is narrow and a bit long with closets and shelves and a door to the full bathroom that has a wood paneled shower and an antique sink and a window to the side and to the right down the hallway from the bathroom is the master bedroom -- Trent and my sister's -- that is a full quarter of the footprint of the structure and has windows to the back and side and a ceiling fan and spacious closets and in the farthest left corner is the door to the rear bathroom -- no shower, just two mystery taps in the wall -- left will lead you to a small space where you can either exit right to the loggia and eventually either the garage -- again, currently condemned -- or backyard -- and forward is the kitchen in galley style with everything on either the left or right wall except for the range which rests along the wall shared with the living room the fridge is on the left flanked by built in cabinetry and counter space on the right under the window light is a long plane of counter the sink the dishwasher -- the dishwasher -- and in the rear of the house is the lanai a dusty space with worn white frames around mesh a concrete floor washer and dryer door to the garage and door to the side yard two walls framed mesh doors to the -- green grass a peach tree a peach tree trees a path to nowhere fenced in by wood neighboring houses -- backyard.

We sign the lease on Tuesday. We're moving in on the 28th.
