Here, he was, standing outside the schoolgrounds waiting for the little girl to arrive. The scent of the earlier rain, still hung heavily in the air. It was definitely getting colder now. With a soft sigh, Zelman pulled the coat closer to his body. He wasn't exactly feeling too cold, but the coat was mostly in case if it started to rain again. Truthfully he wouldn't be surprised if she didn't show up. After all, she could have been bluffing. Ah, the perfect little student, the proper daughter and helpful friend, Lacus Clyne. There wasn't too much interesting information about her. The girl could be considered a saint for all he knew and it made something in him sick. And Miss Perfect wanted to tell him that she wasn't afraid of him. Well, he hadn't given her anything to be afraid of yet.
His lips curved into that familiar sardonic grin as he took out a cigarette and lit it. It would be fun to see if she could handle one night with him. She wasn't intimidated by him, which was good. It would make it all the more fun pushing her buttons and see how far he could push her. He wanted to see her break, he wished to see that polite mask shatter in tiny pieces. Oh, he knew that she despised him and he enjoyed that thought very much. It was a while since a girl like her chose to stand up to him.
The Polish redhead took a deep drag of the cigarette, the familiar burning feeling, filling his lungs. He was looking forward to this game. He sincerely hoped that she could keep up with him, otherwise it would be a waste of his time. A soft exhale of smoke and he was closing his eyes and leaning against a tree. Now if only the little kitten would hurry up already. After all he wasn't one to wait.
