WHAT THAAAAA?????
So, I know I haven't posted in god knows how long, but this really pissed me off. Ok, I've been trying to get a liscense in the good ole state of backwards civilization (Alabama) and this is such a major feat of HUGE proportions!!! To be able to get a liscense you need to be there 1 hour, at least before it opens at 8am to get in line. Once it opens, they hand out 25-30 tickets...for the entire day. So, if you come in at say, noon, you probably won't be served. Well, Ta'avi and I get there at 7am and no other cars are there so that means I'll be first, right?? Well, I wait til another car arrives and then I go to the front door of the office only to be horrified at a sign saying: CLOSED MONDAY THE 28TH IN OBSERVANCE OF CONFEDERATE MEMORIAL DAY.
WHAT THA FUCK?!?!?!?!?
Confederate memorial day?!?!? I thought we had a national memorial day near the end of May, doesn't that include everyone??
I hate this state.
