Motivational Words
Over the years whenever I've been down and feeling depressed there have always been things that have cheered me up and gave me the motivation to keep going. The list started out small and has grown over the years as I've experienced more and more things.
The wise and powerful words of Optimus Prime saw me through many a dark day. The gruff yet inspirational words of Mickey (Rocky's trainer) always helped me to see the light at the end of the tunnel and gave me the strength to get up on many a dreary morning. Even the rhyming speech of Master Yoda helped me a few times to smile and to keep going when I've felt like quitting.
But in the past month I've added another to the list and I'd like to post it here, cuz I'm awesome like that! ;-)
In brightest day, in blackest night,
No evil shall escape my sight.
Let those who worship evil's might,
Beware my power, Green Lantern's Light!
