So I've had a bunch of movies pilling up here at my place and no time to watch them due to work and studying. However I did find time to watch one of them and here is Dave's weekend movie review, back and better than ever! :-)
This movie was from the 1970's and was directed by Jorge Grau. This movie was not earth-shatteringly awesome, nor did it royally suck donkey balls through a straw. It was okay and I'm glad I bought it.
The plot was the classic scenario of a group of people who knew a horrible truth and were desperately trying to alert the authorities but to no avail. They were fighting the zombies off, but all the police could see were the dead bodies. And the ending was pretty good as well. The main character who had been trying to alert the police the entire movie was killed and came back as a zombie. Then the person he goes after is the inspector who came after him the whole movie, trying to bring him to justice. So by the time that the police realized the truth, it was far too late!
I also finished reading one of Terry Brooks' newer works, "Genesis of Shannara: Armageddon's Children." This book started the bridge between his Shannara series and his Void series, and did a kick ass job of it! :-)
Okay, now off to get breakfast. Later Netizens!
