*Tap tap tap* Is this thing on?
So it's a whole new year and I haven't posted in 2 weeks. Strangely, not much has happened in those 2 weeks :-)
I did go home for Christmas and saw my folks, and their brat of a cat. Their cat doesn't like me, she hisses, swats at me, and tries to bit me. She's only 8 months old so I figure she might mellow out eventually. I mean, hey it took Hobbes a while to stop slashing at me everytime I petted her.
I didn't get much other than clothes for Christmas, which is a let down, considering I showed all my relatives my amazon.com wishlist. But on the bright side I have a lot of nice clothes to wear to the bank when I go to work!
New Years I hung out with Celeste and Tammy. Well I don't know if "hung out" is the right term to use. I went to their place at 5 o'clock and passed out until 11:30pm. What can I say? The holidays tired me out!
Oh yeah, interesting side note: A few days ago I went to my favorite sandwich shop. They were still taking things down from Christmas, and putting up oven baked loaves of bread in interesting shapes. One was a candy cane, another was a baseball bat, and the last one was in the shape of a Duck-billed platypus! I did a double take and was thinking to myself "Does Abby work here?" I asked the owner but the loaves of bread and she said they made them on Christmas Eve because they were bored and had time to kill, so they had fun. It made me laugh, plus they gave me a free sandwich!
So now I'm back to normal here, the holidays are over (NOOOO!!!), and my life needs direction. I felt like I have been drifting aimlessly with no direction. All I do is work, come home, edit Wikipedia & Wookiepedia, go to my night job, come home, read, watch DVDs, play video games, and go to bed and start all over again.
So I decided that I want to start writing. I've been ignoring my Sci-fi muse for waaaaay too long! So I am going to get back to work on writing the zombie fiction that I love so much! So that's about it for now, later netizens!
