an official statement has gone round today- basically it seems that there were forged tickets on sale ( who from or where from no one knows or is saying) these tickets have been exchanged for wristbands. if you see the tickets they are just printed with no hologram security.

I am sure this has been a painful experience that will be learnt from and hopefully tighter seciruty on tickets will be seen for thw next event.

It is clearly stated in the information going round that the event was not oversold and Jo and her team were taking steps to try and ease the problems for tonight.

It is a real shame that this has happened and I hope people can remain as calm as they can about this- I have no idea about refunds and the like but I am sure something would be in the pipeline.

A real shame.

umm and as for the wristbands with metal bits i would then not be able to go. i have a very bad nickel allergy and other metal allergies too my skin would bubble and blister and ooze within two hours.

I have a nickel allergy too and there are ways around that - you can wear them on top of a sweatband, or a thick layer of nail varnish stops it.

i could do the sweatband thing but im allergic to nail polish too i can wear it on my nails as long as i dont touch anywhere else.
didnt think of that okay im up for that idea :)
