Well, I wouldn't call it teaching by example so much as getting impatient and just doing what he wants done. :) There is some deliberate sneakiness in there in a SEE DEAN THIS IS FUN HINT HINT way, but mostly it's just WANT THIS NOW, so.

Also, re. rimming etc - LA LA LA CAN'T HEAR YOU REALISM AUTHORIAL PRIVILEGE

because

angels have magic in their blood

and are therefore invulnerable to almost any kind of sickness or weakness that humans can get

therefore NO E COLI HERE.

And, logically, this means that angelic culture would have less of a squick reaction to things that humans would loko on as dirty and repulsive - there's no evolutionary need for it. Cleanliness and tidines,s yes - especially good wing care, and keeping yourself neat and clean and well-dressed, but they'd have far fewer inhibitions to overcome re. something like rimming. And of course Castiel has also grown up in a culture where m/m or f/f sex is as common as m/f, so he's accustomed to thinking the stern as much a part of the action as the bow, as it were. :)

And Dean, of course, is just assuming he knows more and is following his example here. Which begs the question of whether angels' intestinal bacteria could make a human sick...

... t'were to inquire too curiously to inquire thus.
