For my own curiosity, and because I am restless and looking for distraction from certain RL things. Feel free to elaborate on any answers in comments, and bear in mind that I've a Sam/Gabriel scene from when they were Outside, just after they changed him back into human-shaped, queued up to post next week for the Sabriel minibang.

At first I was selecting the ones that I really really wanted to see. And then I realized that I had just clicked nearly all of them...

SO I managed to narrow down the very difficult choice to an impossible choice of a childhood scene or a Sam&locked-up!Gabriel scene (with a Castiel POV in a very close 3rd).

I THEORETICALLY wanted to write all of them at some point. Now I actively want to write them all right now. :(

You could do what someone else suggested of combining some of the prompts, like Castiel's POV of seeing Dean and Sam in their childhood and then going back home to hang out with Balthazar and muse on the comparison of what he has learned about human culture to angel culture. A child's POV on something like that would be interesting, too.

Or Gabriel's POV of a scene between him and Sam and in a barn. There would be loooooooots of feelings there!

Looooots of feelings indeed. Doing that scene from Gabriel's point of view would be... rather overwhelming, actually. Not sure I have the courage for that! He's in a pretty bad headspace there. But it would be interesting...

Sam's POV, through a glass darkly, might be less blinding than Gabriel's. But your Gabriel is so ridiculously good...
