Birthday Week 2K7.

Here are pictures from last night and today's Warped Tour. It's veryveryvery picture heavy. I'm just warning you.

I don't really feel like going into huge detail on Warped. It was really fun, and I'm totally satisfied on how the day went. I didn't get up too early, and I had plenty of time to get ready. We got to Merriweather around 11, right as the gates were opening, got our press passes, and went to sign up for interviews. Unfortunately the press lady had to go print something (I think?) and so we waited for a bit before deciding to go make sure we got places to see The Graduate.

These pictures turned out decently. Some are better than others. Don't steal plz.

Their set was great, as I expected it to be, and during it we met up with Jacq and Julia. Afterwards Katherine and I went back to the artist lounge and set up for an interview with Anberlin. We set up for 3, went to The Graduate tent, hung out with the Js, went to the AP tent, walked around, and finally made it to see Gallows.

After Gallows, we saw Coheed & Cambria.

I know it looks like I only took pictures of Claudio, but in my defense it was very difficult moving around the photo junket. I kept getting kicked in the head by crowd surfers, and there were 7 or 8 other photogs back there with me and Katherine. So it was quite difficult trying to move around between members.

Katherine bought a Coheed hoodie, and then we went off back to the press area to hang out in the shade and stave off terrible sunburn. We talked to Devin from Haste the Day, and Stephen Christian from Anberlin. They were both super super nice, and really talkative. It didn't feel awkward, which is a good thing. After finishing up interviews, we decided to go see The Grads, Katherine interviewed Corey, and then we left. Because we were tired, and hot, and sunburn-ish, and HUNGRY. We walked past Meg&Dia (who sounded okay, I guess) and left. We got food from China Wok and went home. After some food and a shower, I feel better, but still very exhausted, and so I will be getting to bed soon.

Here are pictures from last night's Silverchair concert. They're really not that good at all, but not that terrible. I guess. Maybe.

Picture of the stage & crowd

The drum set looked really really cool. That's all.

During "Ana's Song". So great.
