It is strange how quickly one thing can lead into another thing and suddenly what you never thought would happen does. I'm engaged!! Haha, got ya there....the actual truth is I am getting set up by my grandpa with this one fellow named Mike. He from what I can tell seems really nice. I was only able to send a couple of e-mails. He gave me his phone number, but the truth is I am terrible about talking on the phone. This is all kind of a blind date. I think my roommate and me might meet him after the football game. He is the opposing team (Utah State University) which was actually one of the colleges I was thinking of attending. Not so much anymore....since they have no nursing program. It should be fun, but we'll see conversationally wise how things line up. We went to ward prayer today...I must have not been so much in a social mood because I am quickly back at my dorms. I quickly found I had failed attempts. It is annoying after introducing ourselves and our majors that there is not much else to lead us into talking about then the conversation just dies. Somehow someone needs to rescue it and it just doesn't happen. Incredibly awkward....I don't know. Well, I best go and accomplish something. Good night!
