Whistle! on TVTropes.org

Hi all!

I just thought I'd let you know that, after much effort, I have finally been able to make a Whistle! page over at TVTropes.org. I say "after much effort", because I am HOPELESSSSSSSS at html/coding, so me being able to get it up there is something like a small miracle. ;-; *cries in corner*If you have any contributions to the page, by all ( Read more... )

Oh wow you weren't kidding, that site kind of is addicting and fun. And quite useful, too. :)

And I agree on the more Whistle! discussions. I wanted to talk about the end of the series so badly with people, but alas it appears the whole fandom has died. I was so excited for 24, especially because it answered so many questions about the series and the future. But then - silence.

Could have always posted something myself, of course, but I was too lazy and had other fandoms to occupy my discussions. But more Whistle! talk would be nice.

Oh, oh, I second this! We need more whistle talk for sure. We should have like... discussion posts for each volume. Like, what was your favorite part of Volume 1? And each week or every two weeks do another volume :)

I agree with this idea! It would be nice to revisit the entire series. :)

Just make sure NOT to visit TVTropes if you were planning on doing homework/work/something productive, because TVTropes will lock itself onto your brain and not let go for several hours. XD N-N-Not that I would know... >_>;;;;;

HOW AWESOME WAS VOL 24 ♥ ♥ ♥

Yeah, I'll definitely need to save it for a weekend when I'm not at work! I don't think my boss would quite understand, sadly.

24 was awesome, especially that little scene about Tatsuya and Shige, where they met up to go to national team training together! I about died the first time I saw that. :D

Unless you get your boss hooked onto TVTropes... >8D N-N-Not that I'm suggesting unproductiveness or anything. *shifty eyes*

I agree, that scene was awesome! *O* And it made me happy to think that in the future they're still playing against and with each other. [fangirl]HOW HANDSOME WAS SHIGE AAAHHH ALKGHLASKJDLAKDJ[/fangirl]
When I think about how much taller they have ALL become, for some reason it really amuses me, but in a good way. XD And I LOVE how all the best players from all the Select teams have come together in the U-19 training camp. They were all rivals/friends, and now they're all teammates. For a while, I thought Shige seemed a little out-of-place, because the other guys were all players whom Tokyo Select encountered, and Shige and Kansai Select were sort of The Big Team To Beat, but for him to be able to [what looks like] mingle well with the others also made me happy.

... Sorry, got carried away [again]. XD;;;;;
