"Booger" King
Omg! I had the worst experience in Burger King this morning.
Well, the morning started off great. I wasn't going to be late for work...until i got to buger king.
when i got there, there was a line of about 5 people...not bad...so i get in line thinking it was going to move fast. I was wrong. i don't know what the hell they were doing but it took about 15 minutes for me to get up to the register.
befor i got to the register, the lady in front of me just finished giving her order THEN she pulls out this bag-o-change and dumps it on the counter. *pulls hair out* but luckily she counted her change quickly and got out of the way.
ok, now it's my turn. yay!
i get to the register and i have a coupon for a free breakfast sandwich with the purchase of a regular one. well, i find out it's no good with a combo (WTF!?!?) the old man behind me is getting impatient and says "can i order my sandwich while you guys negotiate?" i was thinking, "ok you old bastard. i've been standing in line longer than you have. shut up and suck up." but being the softy i am i'm the one who shuts up and sucks up and kindly let him order ahead of me.
ok, NOW it's my turn.
i place my order (without the coupon, i didn't feel like fooling with it. i was already pissed), a # 3 with an extra order of hashbrowns. easy order. so i pay, get my receipt, and wait for my order thinking it was a pretty easy order to fill...i guess not. i waited, and waited, and waited some more watching other orders being filled before mine (drive through orders). all of the sudden one of the workers picked up a huge box full of sandwiches. "this is someone's order" she explains to a co-worker. ah hah! now i know why it seems everyone is working with they're heads up their butts. they're trying to fill this big ass order.
then when it looks like they're filling my order they call out #230. my ticket says #228. i was thinking wait a minute...someone can't count. this point i was really pissed. the people behind me who had basically the same order i had got they're food first.
*screams*
they finally get me my food and forget to give me a cup for my drink. i asked them as kindly as i can at this point for my cup for my drink. i sneer as i walk away. i fix my drink and graba straw. and for all my troubles i take a handful of sugar packets (i should have grabbed more) for coffee at the office.
so i was at burger king for a total of 30 minutes!!! THIR-TY MINUTES!!! for a friggin combo!
*sigh* i'm all better now, but jees, remind me never to go to the burger king on jordan ever again.
