Almost the most breathtakingly flawless perfect weekend of my life. Almost.
Sharing the news: Upwards and onwards! I've been offered a lead in a 182-person show, without doing anything for it! I was lucky enough to impress a producer in the audience. The show is in Youngstown, and they're paying for everything. Also, the venue (Powers Auditorium) is F*CKING GORGEOUS. Marble hallways, etc. Check out pictures online. I cried. The show's in May.
I intend to rule the world.
So, just finished both "Dumped!" and "Not Just Tango", both huge successes; the head of the acting school came to see NJT and wanted to know WHY I wasn't in the College of Fine Arts, which was a huge compliment to me, even if she didn't mean it as such.
Been called back for "The Carnegie Affair"; callbacks are tonight. Woo! It's a hybrid, half-improv, which is always a challenge. I'm excited.
Other than that, of course, I have no life. My mom left me a message asking me to please graduate college, which I fully intend to do. I don't go out, I do a lot of work, to stay in the aforementioned educational institution, etc.
I'm going to be Sydney Bristow for Hallowe'en. Hooray.
