i'm back!
because i want to share this.
ONE MAN DIDN'T
Three men were tried for crimes against humanity.
Two men committed crimes.
One man didn't.
Three men were given government trials.
Two men had fair trials.
One man didn't.
Three men were whipped and beaten.
Two men had it coming.
One man didn't.
Three men were given crosses to carry.
Two men earned their crosses.
One man didn't.
Three men were mocked and spit at along the way.
Two men cursed and spit back.
One man didn't.
Three men were nailed to crosses.
Two men deserved it.
One man didn't.
Three men agonized over their abandonment.
Two men had reason to be abandoned.
One man didn't.
Three men talked while hanging on their crosses.
Two men argued.
One man didn't.
Three men knew death was coming.
One man denied Christ as Lord.
One man received Christ as Lord.
One man in the middle was Christ the Lord.
One.
Two.
Three men died on three crosses.
Three days later.
Two men remained in their graves.
One man, the Son of God, Jesus Christ did not!
-Unknown
In this story, three men shared the same death, but not the same destination.
Two men now share heaven as their eternal home...
One man, Jesus Christ, who's death paid the price and who's resurrection promises eternal life,
for any who call on Him as Lord.
One man, who called out and believed on Jesus Christ as Lord.
But one man didn't...
One man didn't "SEE" God's own Son bleeding on the tree to set him free.
One man didn't feel sorrow for the sins of his life.
One man didn't receive Jesus Christ as Lord.
One man didn't, on that day, enter into the Kingdom of God to live eternally.
There are only two destinations to spend your eternal life.
The man that receives Christ lives forever in joy and peace in heaven with Jesus by his side.
The man who rejects Christ lives forever in anguish and pain in hell with torturing demons by his side.
Where will you spend eternity? Who will be your eternal room mate?
One man did call Jesus Lord and entered into paradise.
One man didn't...
The choice is yours alone. Which man will you be for all eternity?
May the Spirit of God open your eyes to the truths of God and help you in making the most important decision of your life. A decision you will have to live with forever.
