we went to the mall to buy my mom a birthday present. except that the leather store thats usually there, isnt. she wants a leather coat. dont ask me why, because shes not a leather person. but i wasnt gunna argue. so yeah the store was closed. so my dad was like which store do you usually shop at here? and i was like Hollister, why? and he goes show me the way and we go in and he sits down and was like pick out some stuff and i was like are you kidding?? and he was like no what do you still need for florida and i was like um...stuff? and he was like well find the stuff. so i found like, the perfect pair of pants, i was so psyched. they were so hott. and then i looked at the price tag...they werent hott anymore. so i just told my dad i couldnt find my size and convinced him we could look in another store. i ended up finding some things, but i wasnt really worried cuz my mom was planning to take me to get some things on thursday. but it felt really wierd the whole time we were out. i dont go out with my dad, ever. we argue about everything. but anyone who couldve watched us the whole night wouldve either thought a. he was bribing me by buying me clothes when he didnt care what the price was gunna be and letting me drive his car, or b. me, for once in my life, being the daddys girl ive always wanted to be. surprisingly, it was nice. im actually KINDA looking forward to it again. but whatever. for the first time in a long time, nothing is bothering me at all. the Gents are coming tomorrow night for a show, the Grad's Banquet is on Sunday night, i found a car i can afford, and we're leaving for FL next sunday.
so about this car. 94 Thunderbird, red (candy apple red? i dunnno what people consider candy apple red anymore, there's too mnany different reds now), looks like it was never driven, thats how nice the guy kept it. JUST barely hit 100,000 miles. spoiler, gray/black cloth interior, still not sure if its got rims or the original hubcaps. but im thinking rims because they look too nice (and shiny) to be original 94 hubcaps. if i get it, and tint the windows, it'll be hott. im excited. its a standard, but im willing to learn. and ill have to figure out how im gunna have the cd player from my old car put into it, but thats a minor issue.
my brother has an interview at southeastern today. i warned my parents but they arent listening. not the right school for him. hes too easily...influenced, to do what all his friends are doing. and that school isnt exactly a role model. but whatever. its not my decision.
aight i have to work today and our water got turned off cuz a water main broke down the road from us so i need to go figure out how im gunna shower sometimes before work.
