FINALLY. We have a sunny day breeching here in the good ol Pacific Northwest. Hopefully it remains throughout the week. Looking forward to a short one. Teaching Monday-Wednesday, then attending a writing conference on Thursday, and no school for Good Friday. Loves it.
5 1/2 more weeks with the students. We'll see if this ends up being the finale of the Firm Foundation chapter for good, or merely the beginning. Only time will tell. I officially have an interview in Spokane on the evening of May 1st, after I have completed Bloomsday for a second time. I'm very excited about it all.
In other HUUUUUGE news, I have somehow managed to find out about the presale of a Fleet Foxes concert in July before it occured. YOU BETTA BELIEVE I AM ALLLLL OVER THIS. As my friend and I were looking up an Allison Krauss concert happening at Edgefield this summer (same place I saw The Decemberists and Andrew Bird) it popped up that FF will be there July 24th. I flipped, screamed hysterically, and about peed my pants. LIVE FLEET FOXES. Enough said.
