- Spinach Omlet

Lunch

- Spinach Omlet
- Tuna sandwich
- Ramen Noodle
- Slice of apple
- Salad with hard bioled egg and cottage cheese

Dinner

- Tuna Sandwich
- Steamed Spinach & White Rice
- Spinach Omlet
- BLT with apple slices (without the bacon)
- Fish
