still or animated-PULL to this rule this week, if U submit 2 icons,one must have text on it! Anything U want on the icon The text can be animated or non-whatever turns U on! ;) And it can go on either icon-A still icon or animated.
If you submit ONLY ONE ICON IT MUST BE A STILL AND HAVE TEXT ON IT. THE TEXT CAN BE ANYTHING U FEEL LIKE WRITING ON BUT MUST CONSIST OF 3 WORDS NO MORE NO LESS I know I'm a pain in the ass! ;P
