I've chosen to use this to chart my weight loss journey. I once was skinny and full of sunshine, we'll that shit has gone out the window. Pushin 30 and three kids later, I'm not the skinny little hot stuff I was 10 years ago. Danny and myself started our diets last week. Clean eating, low carb, high protein. It sucks and all I want is junk food, but we're staying strong. I'd like to loose 30-40lbs and tone up. This can be done :)
