Yesterday, everyone ignored Melissa in order to stomp on bugs, check in with their shrinks, and come down with the flu. Needless to say, Andrew didn't hang around this pestilential lot once he was eliminated from the challenge.
Now, Dilip missed out on his chat with the Bachelorette, last night. Melissa speaks with him first thing, this morning. Their conversation does not go well.

Dilip is more receptive when she flirts with him. I guess he's not wasting his time on the platonic stuff.

Dilip and Daisuke are feeling flirty, so Melissa crushes on them. She's got no love for Vincent, though: he sneaks in a joke to boost up his score, but then rejects her flirtation!

Dilip: 100 + 21 = 121

We've got a tie for last place! Bernard and Clay share the same low score. Let's check on their feelings towards Melissa. The one who is most attached to her gets to stay in the challenge:

In the afternoon, Melissa has a hard time rounding up the boys for their hot-tub date: there's a competing tub event in the men's bathroom. Vincent looks ready to toss quarters, but Dilip is pretty blasé about the skin-show, by now.
Bernard, you're too sweet for this challenge. He loses out on a seat in Mel's hot-tub because he stops to smell the marigolds.

Once they sort themselves out, Dilip, Mayhew, and Vincent join Melissa in her tub.

Once they start talking, I realize that I've misjudged Bernard. He doesn't wear a wetsuit because he's overly modest. Rather, he wears it because he feels chilly, in the water.

“Baka!” Daisuke says, splashing him playfully. “You silly!”
“You don't have to be chilly,” his companion explains. “You just have to bulk up a bit. Like a sumo wrestler.”
After tubbing, most of the group sits down to a meal, together. Bernard is quicker, this time, and grabs a seat with Melissa.
Whoops! Looks like Daisuke is taking his own advice about bulking up.
After dinner, Dilip reassures Bernard that he still stands a chance in this challenge. Vincent didn't eat with them, after all.
Yes, Vincent, you should be worried. Daisuke has nudged you out of second place in Melissa's affections.
In the evening, Melissa plays a game of chess for one Sim-hour with each contestant.
When it's his turn, Dilip takes a masterful approach to this date. Instead of “joining” Melissa, as the others did, he initiates the date by “practising.” Melissa has to join him!
