Yesterday, Ash showed up at the house dressed exactly like Thomas. While Thomas stood there, stunned, Ash took advantage of him with a sneak-attack-tickle.

It snows heavily, in the night. By the next morning, the yard is covered with a blanket of snow.

Ash fascinates me. Sometimes, to be honest, he also creeps me out. I've never had a Townie enter so aggressively into my gameplay. He positively stalks Thomas!

Oh, right -- I forgot to comment on that part!

I have this theory that Ash is toying with Thomas. ;) Part of his strategy is playing hard to get. So, he invites Thom on an outing, and then ignores him. Then he helps Thom get a promotion, but won't come to his party.

When I was playing through this stretch, it really did feel like Ash was playing mind games! This is why I found it a bit creepy: he was always showing up in odd ways, even if he didn't actually appear.

I'm so glad that you like my writing! :) I really appreciate your saying that.

There's something rather vulnerable and endearing about Thomas, I find. He just wants to be loved, but he doesn't seem to go about it the right way.

I love Thomas for all his social awkwardness and his expressions, and I love your wish for Ash to get scurvy. :)

I'm so glad that you like Thomas! :) He is a bit awkward, especially when it comes to relationships, but it's kinda cute.

Thomas makes the funniest faces! :D When I was posting these updates at N99, I would include special bonus photos of Thom's expressions. I haven't done that on LJ, but I'm glad that his funny faces are still coming across. :)

And I'm chuffed that you like my scurvy hex! :D
