Vote for Abbe

Hello Danny. Considering that Assemblywoman Goldberg gave kinda a lukewarm endorsement for Abbe Land and that I owe her campaign my allegiance for the next 20 hours I'd like to take advantage of this highly influential space of yours to encourage all you're friends who live in 42nd District to please go out and vote for Abbe tomorrow.

Abbe's a real progressive with a real record of accomplishment as anyone who lived in West Hollywood during her three terms as mayor will attest. And in addition to Jackie Goldberg she's been endorsed by the National Organization for Women, Emily's List, Equality California, the L.A. chapter of the Stonewall Democratic Club, and just about every other progressive organization one can think of.

I could also say same choice things about whether or not Mike Feuer is a "good" person who's "progressive in his politics" but...it's a positive campaign.

Anyway if you live in the right parts of Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, North Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Universal City, Valley Village, Van Nuys, or West Hollywood Abbe's name is the first on the ballot.
