To add to the irony, Indira Gandhi received it. That lady was totally nuts. Her life was really interesting; You should read about her if you are at all interested in India or history or crazy people.
(She has nothing to do with Mohandas Gandhi, that was a coincidence. She kept becoming prime minister in the 70s and 80s.)
