I cannot believe today is the last day of July. Where did July go? What did I do? How is it that I only have one month left before school starts up and I've done absolutely NOTHING that could be considered preparation for the new school year?
I finally got into The Historian yesterday after picking at it on and off for about a week. I'm halfway through but it's due back at the library tomorrow. So I'm off to renew it, return some other books, hit up a Back-to-School sale or two and then back I come to hole up in front of a fan and read.
It's supposed to be around 100 degrees tomorrow and Wednesday. I think I'm moving to Antarctica tonight. Okay, penguins, make some room for me!
