Moving on, I made myself quesadillas tonight for my dinner. Cheese and chicken. They turned out pretty dang good, if I do say so myself. We decided that it actually passed for cooking as it involved the oven, shredding cheese and breaking up bits of already cooked (not by me) chicken. I rock.
