No go on Baltimore Irish Festival yesterday. The website wouldn’t load so we figured that was a sign not to go. Alas. We ended up eating at a new Thai food place. Rather amusing. 6 of us and we just passed our plates around and ate everyone else’s food. Then with the dessert we just took a bite of one and sent it to the next person. I think the waitress was amused. We passed them around the table in a circle until they were gone.
Rented Malibu’s Most Wanted afterwards. The first half was as amusing as I remembered, but I can’t say if the last half was since I passed out on shadykropsta’s delightfully comfy couch as I tend to do.
Lovely and stimulating store meeting this morning. There were donuts and chocolate milk so it wasn’t all that bad. I took off today because I had thought I would have been getting home really late Saturday night because of the Gaelic Storm concert. So I have a loverly day off. I plan on seeing Cabin Fever finally all by myself (yay for blood, gore, and Rider Strong!) and then forcing myself to do this project that’s due on Tuesday. Classroom Management. It’s fun stuff. I have to set up my own classroom, complete with seating chart for these 24 fake kids, and I have to plan the first day of school, among other things.
Is The Simpsons premiere next Sunday? I know the stupid Emmy’s are on tonight on FOX, but I need to know when it premieres so I don’t miss it. I’ve been kind of scatterbrained lately. I have to keep reminding myself that Tuesday is the premiere of Gilmore Girls. I’ll severely kick myself if I miss it.
