Deliverance was a crazy movie. Dark City was pretty good. The Strangers reminded me of The Gentlemen from “Hush.”
So working until midnight wasn’t so bad. Managers bought two pizzas and a bunch of snacks so all was well on the food front. And it was nice not having to deal with the customers. Shout out to Ellie and
shadykropsta for stopping by and then leaving a bunch of highly amusing notes in my car. I couldn’t stop laughing when I got home and read them.
Jason Mraz and Sondre Lerche are having a concert tonight at the
Electric Factory in Philly. I want to go but it starts at 8:30pm and Liz Phair is also playing so it would probably be a long concert and I don’t want to see her. I’m also working at 7am tomorrow and unloading the blasted truck while working on three hours of sleep is not a good time. And I have no one to go with anyway. After thinking about it for a minute, I don’t really want to go, I just figure that it’s only $20, small place, and I’ve been listening to these two guys practically non-stop lately.
I read A Walk to Remember in 2 1/2 hours this morning and despite the fact I knew how it ends, I still cried. And I finally sat myself down yesterday and finished reading The Stand. Now that I am all caught up with my reading, somewhat, I think I shall start The Picture of Dorian Gray today sometime.
Moving on, I think we’re feeling an Elijah Wood movie night tonight, specifically his underage movies. Yessss, we likes them young, precioussss....
Am starving. Haven’t eaten anything since the pizza last night around 8ish. Cold cereal, here I come!
