I must thank hallways for the copy of Powderfinger and of Radiohead’s Hail to the Thief. Very excellent. And yes, I do seem to like Powderfinger. Thanks!
On another note, I just feel the need to say that I saw Anger Management on Monday and I was thoroughly disappointed by it. I don’t recall even laughing at it. All the funny stuff was in the trailer but by the time I saw the movie, I had seen the trailer so many times, that it wasn’t funny in the movie. And the ending was busted. Poo on cruddy movies.
Poetry today and working until close. Not excited about either fact. But I did get the three sequels to Angus, Thongs, and Full-Frontal Snogging from Amazon in the mail yesterday. Needless to say I ignored doing homework and opted to start reading the first one. Also watched Dead Poets’ Society and some Simpsons with Pat.
Pat has also taught me the beginning of two Nirvana songs on the guitar. Now I must get motivated to actually practice the guitar and find myself a Guitar Playing for Morons book.
Seven more days of classes for this semester. I don’t know if I can survive. But I think if I’m able to make it through my Day o’ Hell tomorrow, I’ll be in the clear. I’ve got Friday off to recuperate. Thinking of renting Bowling For Columbine tomorrow night.
