Have decided I cannot watch any excellent shows with my parents in the vicinity because they talk. They make comments. They talk loudly on the damn phone. I always give my mother the chance to watch it with me and she promises not to say a word, and yet, five minutes into it, there are comments, questions, distracting things. That’s it. No more mother/daughter bonding over Alias. That’s what Gilmore Girls is for.
