I first started this oh so long ago when a bunch of friends were into keeping journals of their thoughts and updating their friends on what's going on. Sometimes even writing just to write when inspiration hits them.
Me? Well let's update the people who looks at this journal about me. I'm all of a sudden very into renaissance rock and medievel rock music now. Artists like Blackmore's Night, Qntal, and let's add some good old fashion Celtic Folk Music with Orla Fallon. But not Ani Difranco. I hate her. She sounds like a dying rat in the dungeons of Vlad the Impaler.
Which brings me to the renaissance festival. My friends have always talked about it and going to it all dressed up and stuff looking at hot women in their chainmail bikinis. mmmm yummy. But I've never went with them, I was always in the military with women who only look good after you baked your brains in a pre-heated oven called the middle east. Maybe this year I'll go.
And FYI in you want to know. AZ Renaissance Festival is going Feb. 9th to March 30th. Saturdays, Sundays, and Presidents day Monday. 10AM until 6PM. Rain or Shine, No pets please, free parking. http://www.royalfaires.com/ARIZONA/
