On Monday, Laura arrived in Michigan to live here permanently.
On Tuesday, Laura received word that the company she had a phone interview with a couple weeks ago wants an in person interview with her.
Yesterday, I put in an offer on a house.
Today, Laura had the interview and felt it went very well.
This afternoon, my offer on the house was accepted.
This evening, Laura heard back, and it sounds like she either has a job or is dang close to having one.
Apparently, life really does sometimes work out. Who knew?
