hey ari, you should go see bright eyes at the trocadero on the 28th of april, since you're into fevers and mirrors. i don't know about this tour, but for the last one, they only played off "lifted or the story is in the soil keep your ear to the ground." they did play "something vague," though, and "kathy with a k." nevertheless, buy lifted off www.saddle-creek.com if you don't have it yet! plus, when you order from their homepage, it's insanely cheap, and you get free stickers with your cd's, plus a handwritten thank you note and such. saddle creek is the best, i just saw "the good life" on friday night, my favorite band right behind bright eyes
i havn't heard alot of bright eyes..just 7 songs or so, but what I've heard is amazing. I havn't been able to stop listening to it. Once I get some money/a job they are on the top of my cd. list. Seeing them live would be amazing.
hey, i'm adding you [ i don't know why i didn't earlier] but anyway, what i really wanted to send you was this:
Please join us NOW in registering for a Virtual March on Washington for February 26th. We are asking Congress to stop the Bush administration's rush to war, and to Let the Inspections Work. Time is running out.
With your help, on February 26th, every Senate office will receive a call EVERY MINUTE from a constituent, as they receive a simultaneous crush of faxes and email. In New York and Washington D.C., "antiwar rooms" will highlight the progress of the day for national media. Local media will visit the "antiwar room" online, to monitor this constituent march throughout the day.
With your help, every Senate office switchboard will be lit up all day with our antiwar messages. This will be a powerful reminder of the breadth and depth of opposition to a war in Iraq.
