Craving

I really want to bake brownies, or blondies, to the recipe in the Sue Lawrence book I have out from the library, but I'd have to go to the shop for decent chocolate. I could do blondies but my vanilla essence is cheap synthetic stuff and I have no nuts as I used the last in Nigella's Breakfast Bars so they might be a bit rubbish.

I have Cox apples instead.
