He's been chasing her across rooftops for the last fifteen minutes. That's not a very long time. They're just warming up. Their record stands at ninety-two minutes of non-stop climbing, jumping, swinging, and sliding high above the rest of Gotham. He doesn't want to wait that long this time, so he stays close.
The only weapon she uses is her whip, so to keep things fair, he only resorts to his grapple gun from time to time. It keeps things...interesting.
Her reflexes are slightly quicker than his. It doesn't help that she's also more evasive. Ducking and rolling unexpectedly, sneaking into narrow passageways his much larger frame would never fit through. She's always been a sneaky one, but that's all right because he can be as well.
"Hey!" she yells, when her arms are suddenly tied up at her sides with the bolas he throws with precision, "We said no gadgets!"
Batman smirks as he approaches. "No, you said no gadgets."
Catwoman grins as she shimmies out of the restraints and watches as he gets closer. "What's the world coming to when Batman can't be trusted!" she says with mock horror, but the kiss she places along his jaw takes out any potential sting from her words. "What do you say we call it a night. It's been pretty slow."
Two whole minutes pass before he nods. He has to at least pretend it's a difficult decision.
"Your place or mine?"
"Yours."
Her smile lets him know what's coming next. "Race you there!" she says and they're off again.
