i found out about this story from dzioo's excellent illustrations from this story. I don't get much time to read fanfic online anymore, but I made an exception and am very glad I did. The glossary is a most impressive body of work; and the prologue has whetted my appetite for secrets.

Aaah, so I finally got around to starting this and I can tell it's going to be good! I've already spent some time with that Ishvaran Glossary as well and it's so detailed/realistic/awesome! I love that kind of thing. I kind of want an excuse to use some of your Ishvaran in my own fic (with credit, of course). ^^;

I do have to warn you that I recently found this, and I've been stuck in airports through multiple flight cancellations and delays lately, so I've started playing with the structures and writing systems of both the temple and common tongues. Not that I don't have enough projects to distract me already, but...allophones, orthography, and evidentiality marking, oh my! [/Lingnerding]

Hey, you're welcome! I've recently gotten back into the mood for reading long fic and I knew there were some interesting big bangs that I wanted to get back to...And I came to yours first!

I did see her art, but now that I can really appreciate it in context, I should probably go compliment it instead of just staring at the incredible details/colors/lighting/composition. ^^;

I'll certainly send you a link, but I'll probably be embarrassed because it won't be anything great... You see, just a few days ago I was thinking about Scar's new name and how he might be addressed (and thinking there might also be a particular way he would address this other character) and as you can see, I decided, at this point, not to decide. But this is just idle messing around. A really good idea that could utilize some of this hasn't quite hit me yet.

...ah, I can tell you're going to do some more cool work! XD ...I probably should bookmark that page and put it away for now if I want any hope of getting anything done today.
