i just got home from the final fantasy show and, man, was that ever some GOOD SHIT. magali from the phonemes and bob wiseman opened. magali was very clever and had a beautiful voice and bob wiseman took some videos and an accordion and turned that shit out. very, very funny stuff. anyway, final fantasy is just retarded good to see live. it's just him, his violin, some sort of pedal and the occasional organ (which he played as well). AND there was a slide projector "movie" that was really well put together. AND he played a couple covers joanna newsom's peach, plum, pear and bloc party's this modern love were my favourite (covers that is). it was just so good damn GOOD, there was so much creativity and imagination that went into tonight i'm still kinda reeling.
