According to this press release,MySpace PrimeTime has Chicago Hope on streaming video.

I checked out the site. They have 19 first-season episodes, missing "Food Chains", "You Gotta Have Heart", and "Cutting Edges"

It ain't the DVDs, but it's a little baby-step closer!
