One of Franziska's powers is a supernatural tracking device - basically she needs to be able to touch whatever she wants to place it on, but once she's done that she can follow your character anywhere she likes. They're 'out of range' if whoever she's tracking leaves the city but for the most part this doesn't knock them out and if whoever or whatever it is comes back to the City, she can start tracking again.
Clearly this requires a permissions post. So.
If/when an opportunity and a desire arises, can Franziska put a tracking device on your character? If she can would it even work properly? Strong supernatural or magical interfaces can interfere with or blow out her tags, so that's something to consider.
