-Walks briskly and calmly to class, nothing new or odd about him whatsoever - except this thing sitting on his right shoulder, which he is steadfastly ignoring.-

[[Felt like giving Kurama a pet x3 In the beginning of the year, he discovered a caterpillar clinging to the pot of fireweed (aka rosebay willowherb) he'd brought over from home.  Research confirmed it to be an elephant hawk-moth caterpillar, a pretty common species in the British Isles; he dropped it off in a field of bedstraw and forgot about it.  Except it came back the next day, and the day after that.  As an experiment, he left it in the field on the third day, took a few steps out - and saw it following him.

Eventually, he gave in and let it stay, helping the fireweed grow every so often, until the caterpillar burrowed into the soil beneath it during winter to form a chrysalis.  This he carefully transplanted outside, thinking that it would forget about him and go on with its life once it hatched, since it only had a few weeks to live and mate.

He was wrong.  It will now be sitting on his shoulder and hovering around his person for all eternity some time.]]
