WTF? I'm posting AGAIN??
Yeah, so I'm actually sitting at home doing sweet F.A. (for five seconds).
I decided to see where I left off in my posting and SHIT, it was right before I went to Toronto!
So, let's play catch-up, if you will....
Back in June I flew home to the T-dot for 4 days. I managed to see all my favorite people and got to eat the fantasmagoric King's Crown at my lovely Sneaky Dee's.
When I came home from Toronto, I spent the rest of the summer camping with my posse.
Hiked part of the West Coast Trail...
... and got some nasty blisters.
Strolled the beach with my dog a couple times.
Ate some ice cream and sent Nikki off to Ireland.
Had my birthday. The lovely Angus gave me Johnny for my birthday. VERY happy girl.
We also got nicely intoxicated and played Cranium. Dear, dear, dear...
Dave and I won.
Rented a houseboat on Sproat Lake with my work-mates and made sweet sweet love to a dragon.
Went and saw Sloan play in Victoria with my ladies (and Dave).
On Remembrance Day weekend, Dave, Val, Cara, Jamie, the three kidlets (Nico, Sylvan and Ethan) and I rented a place in Tofino. We got rained on a lot.
We also made sock monkeys.
Winter came, and we went up the mountain to go tobogganing a few times.
Then it was Christmas. Dave, Val and Nico adopted me because my mom went away to Australia again.
The ladies and I went to Vancouver and saw that creepy Body World exhibit. We also got really high and played dice in the hotel hot tub. (I am such a BC'er now).
Got a little silly with an interestingly shaped bottle of tequila.
Went to the Vancouver Aquarium.
And lately have been having weekly music nights at Dave and Val's that get a bit ridiculous.
So yeah, that's basically it.
