So, I was supposed to start working on Monday, but my boss called Sunday night and told me not to come in until the 22nd. Oh. Okay, cool. Another week of sleeping in.
Lindsay started her new job yesterday. The atmosphere sounds exciting. There are several people there who are about her age (well, a little older), so I'm sure they'll become good friends. And the boss is hot! Congratulations, Linz! May The Coop be with you.
Liv's coming to visit Lindsay and me on Thursday. Lindsay suggested games. Scrabble? Card games? A movie? And whatever sparkling drink that Liv is bringing. Fun.
The garage sale last Saturday was canceled because of the weather, so it's now going to be this Saturday. All the proceeds are going to the Avon Walk. I only need 350 dollars more! I hope I sell a lot of stuff. I put an ad in the paper and am in the process of making fabulous signs. If I don't raise money, it won't be because of a lack of effort on my part.
I haven't walked at all in a little over a week because of the weather. I need to start again soon! The big walk is on June 3rd and 4th.
Annie moves in this weekend! South Loop, baby. The view will be AWESOME.
Tracy is having a mini-party this Saturday night! Fun.
Camping trip Memorial Day Weekend! I am super-duper excited! Devil's Lake in Wisconsin. Kelly and her boyfriend are hosting the event. Bunch of people! I bought a queen-size air mattress so Lindsay and I could sleep comfortably. It better not break! I've had bad luck with air mattresses in the past.
